Who you are dealing with

This website and its products are provided by GRIT Vertical, a sole proprietorship registered in Sweden ("GRIT", "we"). Contact: hello@gritvertical.com. Registered address available on request and provided with every order confirmation.

Use of this site

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders and pre-orders

GRIT sells in limited releases. Some releases are sold as pre-orders: you pay at the time of ordering, and the product is manufactured and shipped afterwards.

For every pre-order we state an estimated delivery window before you pay. Production typically takes 8–12 weeks after the order window closes, plus shipping time. Estimates are honest but not guarantees; if a delay arises, we will tell you promptly and plainly.

If delivery is delayed materially beyond the stated window, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. You may also cancel any pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order has shipped — write to hello@gritvertical.com.

A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Prices include VAT where applicable. Prices and availability of future releases are subject to change.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise it, notify us at hello@gritvertical.com within that period and return the product to us. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment.

On top of the statutory right, GRIT offers 30 days from delivery for returns of unused products in original condition, for a full refund.

Delivery, customs and duties

We ship from Sweden. For deliveries within the EU, prices include applicable VAT and no additional import charges apply. For deliveries outside the EU (for example Norway, the United Kingdom, or the United States), local import duties and taxes may be charged to you on arrival unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Warranty and statutory rights

Every GRIT product is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, as described in our FAQ. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer — including, for purchases under Swedish consumer law, the right to complain about defects for three years from delivery.

Intellectual property

All content, imagery and design on this site are the property of GRIT Vertical and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GRIT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or its products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any of your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. As a consumer you also enjoy any mandatory protections of the country where you live. Disputes may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
