Who we are

This website is operated by GRIT Vertical, a sole proprietorship based in Sweden ("GRIT", "we"). GRIT Vertical is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

What we collect

Waitlist and newsletter: your email address, submitted by you.

Contact form / email: your name, email address and whatever you choose to write to us.

Technical data: basic server logs required to deliver the website securely (such as IP address and browser type).

We collect nothing else. We do not buy data about you and we do not sell your data.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

Waitlist and newsletter emails — to send you product updates and launch information. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6.1a). You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

Contact enquiries — to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Art. 6.1f).

Technical data — to operate and secure the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1f).

How long we keep it

Waitlist and newsletter data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Contact correspondence: up to 12 months after the matter is closed, unless the law requires longer.

Technical logs: short rotation periods set by our hosting provider.

Who else touches your data

We use a small number of service providers to run this site — website hosting and our email/newsletter tool. They process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and may store data within or outside the EU/EEA under approved safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not share your data with anyone else, and we never sell it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and receive a copy of your data in portable form. Write to hello@gritvertical.com and we will respond.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), imy.se.

Cookies

This site uses only what is technically necessary to function. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
